About Brooke

I'm an accredited Clinical Nutritionist (Certified Practising Nutritionist [CPN]) with a Bachelor of Health Science and over a decade of experience in the health and wellbeing industry.

My path to becoming a degree-qualified Nutritionist began while working as Head Educator for a leading gut health brand. Travelling across Australia delivering talks, and appearing on live TV, inspired me to formally study Health Science and deepen my understanding of nutrition.

My father grew up surrounded by fresh produce, and from an early age, he taught me to appreciate it. Combined with my grandmother’s traditional Middle Eastern cooking, I developed a deep appreciation for wholesome, nourishing food. These early experiences shaped my approach to nutrition and my passion for creating delicious, nutrient-dense, and nourishing meals.

Living by the ocean has taught me the value of slowing down. Cooking with fresh local ingredients, and prioritising self-care are key elements of how I live and how I guide others.

Living with endometriosis has deepened my commitment to women’s health and reproductive care. I believe in a balanced, compassionate approach to health, one that complements medical care with evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes.

I have a strong interest in metabolic health, insulin resistance, cognitive function, and mood support. I am passionate about healthy ageing and helping individuals optimise their wellbeing throughout the years.

Whether you’re navigating a specific condition, wanting to boost your energy, or simply looking to feel better in your body, my goal is to help. Through one-on-one consultations, education, and mindful food support, I’m here to make healthy eating feel doable and enjoyable.
